University of Warwick Science Park
The University of Warwick Science Park offers a diverse range of space options from offices to workshops as well as a range of business support services across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull. For over 35 years it has been one of the premier science parks in Europe.
We were tasked with producing a promotional video for the University of Warwick Science Park, promoting the Binley arm of their impressive property portfolio. The 30,000 sq. ft. premises provides attractive, serviced office space to growing and established businesses operating in the Midlands. The aim of the content is to support the continued uptake of new tenants, by providing an insight into the facilities on offer, environment and impressive grounds in which the building sits. The site is attractive, offering EV charging, comfort heating and cooling, a communal reception area, a number of meeting rooms and configurable office space. The video was also to highlight the included business support on offer to tenants within the building.
